This is the Full Metal Alchemist Pocket Watch from the Anime: Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood. It has the engraving inside of "Don't Forget". It should be able to open like a real pocket watch but the hands on it won't move.
If the casing doesn't open then leave a comment about how I could fix that!
